This Privacy Policy offers you information on how GonHit (hereinafter “we/us/our”) deals with your personal and non-personal data which are collected by any of the following methods:

  2. You are a user of our Merchants' or Affiliates’ websites and platforms
  3. We collect data from you as a Merchant or an Affiliate

We may update and amend this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect any necessary changes in our business process, data protection policies or for any other regulatory reasons. We will inform you about changes by posting the new version of the Policy on the GonHit website or by other methods.

Before using our website, please ensure that you have read and understood how we collect, store, use and disclose your personal information as described in this Privacy policy.


1. Personal data

“Personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

2. Non-personal data

“Non-personal data” means any information that cannot be related to your identity and therefore cannot be classified as personal data, like e.g. information on browser types, operating systems, domain names, access dates and times, referring website addresses, online transactions and browsing and search activity.


We are GDPR friendly and constantly work to be GDPR compliant so that our website users have proper control of their personal data. You may find official GDPR text in all official languages here. Whether your problem falls within the scope of GDPR regulations or not, we will follow its best practices and will collect and process your personal data in accordance with the laws applicable to the relevant GonHit. For all visitors of GonHit website

When you visit GonHit website, we automatically (passive collection) collect certain information about you, which in some circumstances and some jurisdictions may be considered to be personal data, including information about:

  2. IP address;
  3. Time zone
  4. Referring pages
  5. The files and pages viewed on our side

We need this information for our legitimate interest, such as proper operation of our website, to prevent cyber-attacks, to ensure the security of Merchants and Affiliates personal accounts.

We also use cookies and some tracking technologies for our legitimate interest, such as improving the website operation, upgrading its usability, presenting you our website and possible cooperation as well as preventing “Cookies”. “Cookies" are data files placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier, and they are not harmful to your device. We also store cookies on devices of visitors to some websites which belong to or are operated by GonHit Merchants and Affiliates. Such cookies are needed for our legitimate interest and to perform under our contracts with Merchants and Affiliates. Such cookies may store information on the Merchant and relevant affiliate programs, on Affiliate for purposes of identification of your action as attributable to that Affiliate for purposes of attributing target actions as requested by Merchants.

In case our cookies are placed on a third party website, it is this third party responsibility to properly inform you about cookies used on the website. You should always consult the relevant third party cookie policy and in any circumstances, you can delete cookies as we explained above.

We do not accept any responsibility or liability for their policies. Please check the individual policies before you submit any information to those websites.

For all Affiliates

Affiliate personal data shall be collected and processed on the principles set forth in Article 5 and Article 6 of GDPR, or in accordance with other personal data regulations which may be legally applicable to the performance of a contract.

In addition to the personal information collected from all visitors to Affiliates, GonHit may collect the following categories of personal data (provided that Affiliate personal account settings may require only part of the below-listed data):

  1. Name (including family name) of a natural person (entrepreneur) or a company representative;
  2. Title of the employee;
  3. Gender
  4. Date of birth
  5. Education
  6. Email address
  7. Telephone number
  8. Other contact details (i.e.QQ, Facebook Messenger, WeChat, Viber, Line, Snapchat, Skype);
  9. Postal or other physical address;
  10. Occupation
  11. Income
  12. Pictures of Affiliates and Identification/Passport/Driver’s License
  13. Credit/debit card information or other payment details based on the method of payment
  14. IP information while logging in to GonHit system

GonHit collects/or processes Affiliate personal data for the following purposes:

  1. Making registration process on the GonHit website;
  2. KYC affiliate’s account
  3. Responding to the Affiliates' requests;
  4. Invoicing, billing, arranging payments for the Affiliates;
  5. Sending newsletters and notifications;
  6. Contacting affiliates for contract creating.

IV. Marketing mails

From time to time we may send you some marketing materials, press-releases and newsletters when you provide us with relevant contact information (usually email).

Please note that if you are in the EEA or in some other countries, we will only send you marketing emails if you have given us your consent to do so. If you do not want to receive newsletters or marketing emails from us, you will be able to unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe link.

We will also send you non-marketing emails to perform our contract with you as a Merchant.

V. Storage of your personal information

Your personal data collected by GonHit will be saved in a safe environment. For EU people, we store your personal information within the EU. We have expertise in data protection as we explain below.

Cookies are stored for a period of time as stated in Annex 1. Affiliates’ and Merchants' personal data shall be stored for 05 years after termination of the relevant contract for GonHit accountability purposes.

VI. Sharing your personal information

We do not transfer your personal information to the third parties except for transferring to (i) GonHit entities and our employees who need to know basic information as long as they are contractually bound to fulfil data protection obligations, (ii) if obliged so by applicable laws., (iii) Merchants and Affiliates to perform relevant contracts with them and only in case we have a special data processing agreement with a relevant person, provided we do not share payment information unless obliged by laws.

VII. Policy towards children

Our cooperation proposals are not directed at people under 16 and we do not deliberately collect personal information from children under 16. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information, without your consent, then please contact us using the details below so that we can take steps to remove such information and terminate any account your child has created with us.

VIII. End of processing

Your request to remove or erase your information shall mean the end of the cooperation with GonHit as cooperation is impossible without the provision of the information as stated in this Policy.
